HTC Shift now available in Taiwan
Smartphone maker High Tech Computer has announced that they are now all set to sell their Shift ultramobile PC in Taiwanese market.
They are now taking advance online orders for this device in collaboration with retail stores in the country.
HTC is aiming to sell around 200 units of HTC Shift through this online ordering system run by 3C electronics chain store.
The product is being retailed through this store for around US$1,418.
A company representative added: “Orders will be delivered in mid-February. We’re already in production on the device.”
The device features a 7-inch LCD touch screen display along with a slide out QWERTY keyboard. It is loaded with the Windows Vista Business OS. It also comes loaded with GPS and Push Email capabilities.
