Canon EOS Rebel XSi digital SLR announced
Canon has now showcased their latest digital SLR named EOS Rebel XSi in the market. The company said that this new product would replace their current entry-level D-SLR, the XTi.
This new product from the company includes several features that would make it a challenge for the rival companies to match with new generation of similar products.
The camera is basically a 12.2-megapixel model featuring a 3-inch LCD. Canon said that the camera features improved image quality with a new CMOS sensor.
They have also included an upgraded Analog-to-Digital conversion process enabling more accurate colors than previous models.
This new model from the company supports SD and SDHC cards. It would retail for $800 in a body only pack. Canon would also ship it as a kit with an EF-S 18-to-55-mm f/3.5-5.6 lens for $900.
