Hyundai planning a rival to Tata Nano
Hyundai Motor India has announced their plans to come out with a public car which might be their rival product for the recently showcased Tata Nano car.
H S Lheem, HMIL managing director said in a statement: “We are planning to come out with a public car that is suitable for India as well as other eastern countries.”
Hyundai is already a major automobile player in the Indian market. They have on offer here the Santro, Getz Prime, i10, Accent, Verna, Elantra, Sonata Embera and the Tucson.
Renault and Nissan have together announced their plans to launch a rival to the Tata Nano which would be available on sale later this year.
