Maruti Cars more expensive now
Maruti Suzuki has announced yet another price hike on their models.
India’s largest automaker said that they are now raising the prices of its models by Rs 1,000-11,000.
They needed to raise the prices due to ever increasing cost of the raw materials.
Maruti Suzuki said in a statement: ”We have increased the prices in a range of Rs 1,000-11,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and it will be effective in all the cities and is applicable to most of the models.”
Incidentally, they had hiked the rates of some of their models in January this year.
Maruti 800, Wagon R Lx and Lxi (LPG): Rs. 1000 hike
Zen Estilo Lxi and Vxi: Rs. 2000 hike
Alto Lx and Lxi, and Omni: Rs. 2500 hike
Wagon R Lx Lxi and Vxi: Rs. 3500 hike
Versa (Standard and Dx2): Rs. 4000 hike
Gypsy King: Rs. 10000 hike
SX4 Vxi, Zxi and Zxi (Leather): Rs. 11000 hike
