T-Mobile to use Yahoo mobile services in European market
Mobile service provider T-Mobile has said that they are now going to offer Yahoo Mobile Services in their northern and central European markets.
This means that Google loses out to Yahoo in this section of the mobile market.
And Yahoo now could gain as many as 90 million phone customers through T-Mobile through this deal which would boost their mobile service offerings.
T-Mobile would now be offering these services to European markets including Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary along with Britain where they are already offering this service through an earlier agreement.
Marco Boerries, the executive vice president in charge of Yahoo’s mobile phone push spoke about this deal: “We are now passing 600 million.”
