Pownce service opens itself to all

Pownce is a social networking service designed to make it easier for a group of people to share thoughts and content with each other.

The service has been in beta (invitation only) since quite some time and the developers have now opened access to it for all.

Pownce enables a web user to post comments, images, videos, music and invitations to events. These messages can be made available to public or a group of friends.

They also offer a Pro edition which allows for sharing bigger files online with friends.
