Google to offer video ads on search result pages
Search engine giant Google has said that they are now going to allow their advertisers to run video ads on their search result pages.
This would be the first time that video ads would be displayed on their own search service pages.
The ads would be displayed through a text link with a plus sign which the users would be able to click to watch the video ad.
Google added that this would just be a test to see how the things perform for the users and the advertisers.
And these results would only be shown to limited users so most web users are unlikely to get them on their search pages.
