Sprint announces Samsung Ace mobile device with world-roaming facility

Sprint has some good news for their business customers. The company has now unveiled a new mobile device the Samsung Ace which features dual-mode CDMA/GSM functionality.

This phone would allow the customers to travel around the world and stay connected as it would support most networks in use.

Samsung Ace users would be able to use the Sprint’s CDMA network for all domestic calls. They would then be able to use the included SIM card for making calls on GSM network while traveling.

The GSM functionality is unlocked which means that the customers would be able to purchase a local SIM outside USA to save on international calls.
