Japan launches Kizuna internet satellite
Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency has confirmed that they have now launched their satellite which would provide for high speed internet speeds.
The satellite was launched after a one-week delay due to problems with the gas jet thruster for its launch rocket.
It was launched at 0855 GMT from the small island of Tanegashima.
Japan is one of the several countries which are expanding their space program. The government aims to send an astronaut to the moon by 2020.
