Lenovo ThinkPad X300 ultraportable launched
Apple MacBook Air finally has an official challenger from the Chinese PC manufacturer Lenovo.
The company has now launched their ThinkPad X300 ultraportable machine.
This notebook product weighs 2.93 pounds (base model) and has more features when compared to the Apple MacBook Air.
Lenovo has equipped this notebook with three USB ports and DVD Writer. In comparison MacBook Air has just one USB port and no writer.
The company further claims that this notebook uses 25 percent less power than previous ThinkPad models.
They are soon going to make this model available with WiMax capabilities. For now, customers can get this machine with either Windows XP or Windows Vista OS.
