Disney launches Stage 9 Digital Media
Disney-ABC Television Group has now launched their Stage 9 Digital Media service.
This service would provide original short-form programming for the Internet and mobile phones.
The company said that the service has been designed to bridge the gap between user-generated content and traditional production.
The service would concentrate on content creation, distributing its programming through top video sites, online social networks, and mobile and download services.
Squeegees is the first series to be promoted by this service. The next program scheduled for launch is Voicemail 2.
