Facebook now available in French language

Online social networking service Facebook has now made available the French edition of the service.

The service is already available in English, German and Spanish editions.

These localized editions help the company by attracting more people to the service who finds it easier to use in their own language.

Facebook also needs these localized editions to cater to the majority of their users who are now outside United States.

France alone is home to the sixth largest user base of the service which competes with MySpace in this segment of the online market.
