Sony Ericsson W890 Walkman mobile phone launched in India
Sony Ericsson has announced the launch of their latest mobile phone product in the Walkman branded service.
The company is now offering the W890 model in the Indian market. Sudhin Mathur, General Manager, Sony Ericsson India spoke about this phone: “We are very pleased to partner with India’s leading Cellphone and Laptop retail chain - RPG Cellucom for retailing of our latest Walkman handset W890. The W890 Walkman phone is truly a small slim phone that delivers a full Walkman experience with a unique proposition of mega music in mini size. With the W890, we aim to address the needs of young music connoisseurs who demand the latest Walkman features and fast downloads.”
Sony Ericsson said that the mobile device comes featured with Mega Bass and Stereo Widening speakers. It comes loaded with 2GB music storage capacity which is capable of storing as many as 1,800 songs.
Sony has also bundled the device with a 3.2-mega pixel camera. They have also entered into a partnership with retailing company RPG Cellucom to sell this phone in the Indian market.
Sony Ericsson W890 is available for Rs.15,990.
