VeriSign increasing registration fees for domains
Internet services company VeriSign has announced that they are now increasing the registry fees for .com and .net domain names.
The company added that this increase is as per their agreements with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
The new increased rates would be valid from October this year.
The rates are being increased from $6.42 and $3.85 to $6.86 and $4.23 respectively for .com and .net domain names.
