Neo Explore: Neo launches a ruggedized and shock-proof cheap notebook

Philippine based personal computer maker Neo has collaborated with Intel to launch their low cost notebook model.

This model is priced at 16,999-peso (406-dollar) and it has been named Neo Explore.

The company said that Neo Explore is a ruggedized and shock-proof notebook and its keyboard would handle spillages of liquids.

They are targeting this device at the school going children in the country.
