AT&T slowly coming near to an Android power mobile phone
AT&T was initially not very interesting in the Google’s Android platform.
However, we now have some signs that they might get onboard and start offering mobile devices based on Android mobile platform.
Ralph de la Vega, chief executive of AT&T Mobility was quoted as saying: “I like it a lot more than I did before. It’s something we would want in our portfolio.”
T-Mobile USA and Sprint Nextel Corp. are already members of the Google’s Open Handset Alliance.
Verizon Wireless on the other hands is working on opening its network to any mobile device which meets certain requirements.
