LG plans to develop 3G Google Android Phones
LG Telecom has said that they might develop 3G enabled mobile devices powered by Google Android platform.
Company CEO Jung Il-jae said in a statement: “We are using an open platform for our 3G service. Google and other companies have shown interest.”
They have however not starting formal talks with the search engine giant on this issue.
LG and Samsung are two companies which are racing to come out with the first device in the market based on Android mobile platform.
AT&T has also said that they are now considering launching Android phones on their network in the US market.
