Sony HDR-TG1 HD Camcorder announced
Sony has launched a new product which they claim is the world’s smallest full-HD camcorder.
The company showcased their HDR-TG1 product which weighs only ten ounces. The camcorder measures just 1.3-inches wide by 4.7-inches tall by 2.5-inches deep.
Sony is targeting this model at those customers who travel frequently. It features a Titanium body and premium hard coating.
The company added that the device is capable of recording 1,920 x 1,080 HD video and 4 mega pixels digital photos directly to the Sony Memory Stick PRO Duo or PRO Duo Mark2 media cards.
It would ship next month at a retail price of around $900.
