Yahoo acquires IndexTools

Yahoo continues to remain under pressure from Microsoft to accept their acquisition bid.

However, the internet media giant is also working on enhancing their current offerings to stay competitive in the market.

Yahoo has now announced that they are acquiring all of the assets of Tensa Kft. The company is popularly known as IndexTools.

They are now going to integrate their technologies into their analytics platform.

The two companies did not reveal the financial aspects of this acquisition deal. Yahoo said that they expect to complete the acquisition by the first half of 2008.
