Microsoft: Deal between Yahoo and Google anti-competitive
Yahoo has just announced that they are collaborating with Google to let them manage some of the ads that appear on their search result pages.
Microsoft has now responded by saying that any deal between Google and Yahoo would be bad for the internet search market.
The software giant said that such a deal would make the market for Web search less competitive.
The combined Yahoo and Google entity would have control over 90 percent of the search advertising market.
Microsoft has been working hard on acquiring Yahoo! Yahoo has already rejected their deal and is asking for a better price.
