Google Solutions Marketplace launched
Search engine giant Google has now launched a new online service named Google Solutions Marketplace.
This is a new portal for applications which utilizes Google’s APIs or their Gadgets.
Scott McMullan, Google Apps partner lead spoke about this new online service: “The Marketplace’s initial focus is connecting customers of our communications and collaboration products, like Google Apps and Enterprise search, with third parties that sell complementary products and services. But that’s just a start. We expect to grow to fit the needs of an expanding set of Google customers and developers.”
Market analysts believe that this initiative is launched looking at the enterprise market which is increasingly becoming more relevant to the search engine market leader.
