Google happy to be working with rival Yahoo

Google Chief Executive Eric Schmidt has been quoted as saying in the media that they are excited to work in partnership with the internet media giant Yahoo!

He said in a statement: “It’s nice working with Yahoo and we like them very much.”

He did not however reveal any details on how far are they collaborating with Yahoo on their search advertisement deal.

Yahoo is being pressurized by Microsoft to accept their acquisition offer and they are now working along with Google to look for ways to avoid getting acquired.
