Skype to launch a $9.95/month international calling plan
Skype is scheduled to launch a new international calling plan for its users today.
This plan would cost USD 9.95 a month and would allow the users to make unlimited calls to land-line phones in 34 countries.
This plan would cover major countries including most of the European countries in addition to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Malaysia.
The company currently offers a cheap plan worth USD 3 a month which enables the user to make unlimited calls to US and Canada.
Skype is owned by eBay which recently said that they might end up selling the business if they fail to come up with a plan to integrate it in their core business.
