Benjamin Fried is the new CIO at Google
Search engine giant has announced that they are naming Benjamin Fried as their new CIO.
Benjamin Fried is currently a managing director in Morgan Stanley’s technology department.
Google said in its statement: “We’re pleased that Ben will be joining us as our new CIO, and we look forward to him starting in May.”
He would be taking the position left vacant by Douglas Merrill who has now joined EMI.
Fried had joined Morgan Stanley’s technology department way back in 1994.
