Spike Lee working with Nokia Productions on mobile movies
Nokia Productions has announced that they are now working with Spike Lee.
He would now be directing a movie made from mobile phone recorded footage.
These footages would be provided by regular mobile users from their daily life.
Lee spoke about this project: “You are seeing firsthand the democratization of film. Aspiring filmmakers no longer have to go to film school to make great work. With a simple mobile phone, almost anyone can now become a filmmaker.”
Lee is most popularly known for his original screenplay for “Do the Right Thing” for which he was nominated for an Oscar.
He said that the movie would be based on music which tells the story about humanity.
