Ribbit announces support for Salesforce.com
Internet telephony company Ribbit has announced their latest project which enables integration with Salesforce.
The company said that their latest product provides integration with Salesforce’s on-demand CRM.
Customers would be able to use their regular cell phone numbers with the service. The service uses the “conditional call forwarding” feature offered by telecom companies.
Users of this service would be able to push voicemail messages from their cell phones into Salesforce. These messages could then be attached to certain customer records or shared with other people.
Voice messages could also be turned into text messages. They would also be able to make software-based phone calls from within Salesforce.
