America Movil to bring Apple iPhone to Latin America

America Movil SAB has announced that they are working on bringing the popular Apple iPhone mobile phone to Latin American market.

The company did not reveal many details on their arrangement with Apple.

Apple has just announced their deals to launch the iPhone in several other world markets including India.

The iPod maker has till now sold around 5.4 million iPhones worldwide. They are aiming to sell 10 million units by the end of the year. And they need the extra markets to achieve this sales number.

Apple spokeswoman Natalie Kerris added: “We’re excited to be working with America Movil to bring the iPhone to Latin America later this year, and we can’t wait to get this revolutionary phone in the hands of even more people around the world.”
