AT&T: One Apple iPhone per customer from now on
Apple iPhone is in shortage in the US market. Perhaps this is because the company is planning to launch the second generation edition sometime next month.
Apple’s partner in the US market AT&T is reportedly now limiting sales of the iPhone to just one unit per customer.
Analysts say that this strategy could be to stretch the remaining stocks of the first generation model till the new model is released in the market.
Market sources say that to buy more than one unit, the request requires approval from a director or general manager.
