Napster launches world’s biggest MP3 store

Napster is trying to make a comeback and they have the right equipment for it. The company has now launched the MP3 digital media store which they claim is now the largest of its kind online.

They are offering more than 6 million songs on this store which now takes on both Apple iTunes and Amazon MP3.

The company said that they are offering music from all the major labels in addition to independent labels.

They are offering the songs in DRM free MP3 format which makes the files compatible with almost every digital media player out there.

Chris Gorog, Napster chief executive said in a statement: “We’re now moving from under the DRM cloud. Now consumers can use Napster with any device.”
