Nokia collaborating with Orange for mobile internet services
World’s largest mobile phone manufacturer Nokia has announced that they have now signed on a three year long deal with France Telecom’s Orange.
They would be offering customized phones with internet services to Orange customers.
Nokia said that they would now be adding 10 new mobile handsets to Orange’s Signature range.
These phones would come loaded with online mobile services like games, advertising, maps and location-based services.
Owners of these phones would get access to Orange Music Store, Orange and NGage games, and Nokia Maps.
Nokia representative Kai Oistamo added: “We also expect our close collaboration to extend beyond the initial focus areas of music, games, maps and advertising to include other services over time.”
