MSI Wind Mini Desktop and MSI Mini Laptop launched!
Micro-Star International has finally launched their much awaited low cost computing products.
The company introduced two products: MSI Wind Mini Desktop and MSI Mini Laptop.
These products are powered by the upcoming Intel Atom processor which is energy efficient.
MSI Wind Mini Desktop is a compact desktop which is three times smaller than a traditional PC chassis.
It is energy efficient consuming just around 35-watts. It also has no fans for cooling which would make it a silent device to use at home.
The company added that this machine comes loaded with Wi-Fi support and 160GB hard disk.
MSI Wind laptop is officially named U100 and it features a 10 inch display with LED backlight.
The company claimed that this notebook can run for 6-hours on the six-cell battery. They are however going to ship it with a 3 cell battery as standard option.
It would be powered by Windows XP operating system and would have an 80GB hard disk in addition to Wi-Fi support.
