Apple iTunes in UK now offering movies on rent and sale
Apple has said that they are now letting the users of Apple iTunes in UK to rent and buy movies online.
The company said that the movies would be offered from the same day they are released in the market on DVD.
They are providing movies from major studios including Paramount Pictures, Walt Disney Studios, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros, MGM, Sony Pictures and Lionsgate.
For starters, they have on offer as many as 700 films. These include the recent hits like I am Legend and National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets.
As many as 100 of these movies are also available in high definition format for improved quality.
Prices:
£6.99 for buying older titles
£10.99 for buying new releases
£2.49 for renting older titles
£3.49 for renting new releases
£1 extra for the high definition versions
