Maruti launches M800 Duo with LPG option
Maruti has launched a new variant of their Maruti 800 model with the LPG option.
This new model has been named M800 Duo. This new model has been priced between Rs. 2.05-lakh and Rs. 2.26 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
The company said that this model has dual fuel option of petrol and LPG.
Maruti said that this new variant has been developed in-house by a team of 24 engineers. While on LPG, the car emits 10 per cent lower carbon dioxide.
Maruti Suzuki India Executive Officer (Marketing and Sales) Mayank Pareek spoke about this new product: “Dual fuel vehicles have always formed a prominent part of our overall product strategy. Besides, the car is economical to drive and being factory fitted, it is completely safe.”
