Nokia to launch new E-Series phones and N96
Mobile phone maker Nokia has said that they are soon going to launch a couple of new devices in their E-Series range.
The company is also going to launch the top-of-the-range N96 multimedia device.
Nokia said in a statement: “We will in the third quarter bring to the market the N96 we have launched and a group of E-series multimedia computers that will be sure to have a strong stamp on where this market is going.”
Market sources say that the company would be launching E66 and E71 models. Both of these phones are likely to feature GPS in addition to a 3.2 megapixel camera and 128 MB capacity.
Anssi Vanjoki, senior executive vice president of Nokia Markets added: “The N96 that we have introduced … we believe this will be a significant product to the group who define the tone where the market is going. Preorders for it are encouraging.”
