Pearl Jam collaborates with Verizon Wireless’ V Cast service
Pearl Jam has announced that they are now collaborating with Verizon Wireless’ V Cast service.
The band would be selling select tracks from their authorized live bootlegs through this service.
The two parties said that three tracks from each show would be offered on sale through this service immediately afterward.
These tracks would be sold on a dual format. This means that the user gets a version for both mobile devices and the computer.
These tracks would be offered in Verizon’s DRM loaded format. Buyers of these songs would be eligible for special offers from the company which would include free tickets for upcoming shows.
