Apple on its way to sell 18 million iPhones this year!
If we are to believe market analysts, Apple might end up selling as many as 18 million iPhones this year.
The company is aiming for a more modest target at just around 10 million units.
Apple has just launched their iPhone 3G mobile device and they are launching it in as many as 70 markets worldwide.
Jenny Lai, analyst at CLSA Emerging Markets spoke about Apple in a report: “The higher expectation on the 3G iPhone reflects attractive prices and a broader distribution channel. The newly added white color for the 3G iPhone also bodes well to consumers.”
He added that Apple iPhone is taking the same route taken by the Moto Razr which became an iconic best seller around the world.
