Samsung targeting Finland with their mobile phones
South Korean tech giant Samsung has said that they are planning to expand their presence in the Finland market which is the home of rivals Nokia.
The company has a minor 6% share in this market dominated by Nokia.
Samsung’s Finland sales head Mika Engblom spoke about their plans: “Our goal is to get back to about 15 percent share of the cell phone market.”
They are going to launch their Omnia mobile device in this country.
Incidentally, Nokia too is seeking growth in the South Korean market which is currently dominated by Samsung.
