Toshiba Protégé R500-S5007V comes with a 128GB solid state drive
Toshiba has announced their latest entry into the world of ultraportable laptops with the launch of Toshiba Protégé R500-S5007V.
Toshiba Protégé R500-S5007V comes loaded with a 128GB solid state drive along with a 12.1-inch display.
It weighs just around 2.4 pounds which makes it one of the lightest notebooks around.
The prices start at $2,999.
It comes loaded with an ultralow volt Intel Core 2 Duo U7700 processor with a 1.33GHz clock speed, 2MB of L2 cache and a 533MHz front side bus.
It would take on the Lenovo ThinkPad X300 and Apple MacBook Air in this segment of the market.
