Sprint providing Microsoft Exchange Server and Lotus Notes on some handsets

US based mobile service provider Sprint has said that they are now enabling the owners of some of their mobile devices to connect to Microsoft Exchange Server and Lotus Notes accounts.

This new service is being called Sprint Mobile E-Mail Work and it is now available to owners of popular handsets like the Samsung Instinct.

This application supports Microsoft Exchange Server 2000, 2003, and 2007 accounts in addition to IBM Lotus Domino accounts.

They are providing this service at no additional cost with their Simply Everything plans.

Users on other plans can get it for $9.99 a month in addition to data and voice charges.

It is also available on some other models including the LG Rumor and the Motorola Razr.
