Xerox DocuMate 515 and Xerox DocuMate 150 launched

Xerox has launched two new scanner models which they claim makes it easier for the user to scan, e-mail, and copy documents at the touch of a button.

These models are: Xerox DocuMate 515 and Xerox DocuMate 150.

Xerox DocuMate 515: it is a color flatbed scanner featuring a hinged lid which can be opened to scan large items directly on the glass. It also has the automatic document feeder that can scan 15 pages per minute.

Xerox DocuMate 150: it is a color sheet-fed scanner. The ADF can scan documents at speeds up to 18 pages per minute.

The company said that both of these scanners come with software worth around USD 400. These include Visioneer OneTouch with Kofax VRS technology, Nuance PaperPort, OmniPage Pro OCR, and TWAIN, certified-ISIS, and WIA drivers.
