Microsoft might be working on acquiring Powerset
Powerset is one of the few innovative search products which have been showcased in the recent times.
Latest rumors in the market suggest that Microsoft is pursuing the company to acquire the technology.
Microsoft has already failed in their attempt to take over Yahoo or acquire their Search Engine…
A smaller acquisition could help their Live Search Engine which currently trails both Google and Yahoo.
The deal could be worth around USD 100 million and would provide innovative search technology to the company which could make a difference in the search engine market.
