Tele Atlas in a deal with Google
Search engine giant Google has revealed that they have signed on a five-year deal with digital map maker Tele Atlas.
This would allow Google to use their maps into their mapping services like Google Maps and Google Earth.
This would also enable Google to provide these maps on their upcoming Android mobile platform.
The two companies did not disclose the financial aspect of this latest deal.
Tele Atlas is owned by TomTom which makes navigational devices.
