AT&T to open early for iPhone 3G launch
US based mobile service provider AT&T has announced that they would be opening their stores early on July 11 for the customers who want to purchase an iPhone 3G.
AT&T stores would open at 8AM on the launch day to accommodate as many customers as they can on the first day of launch.
Unlike last time, iPhones would be required to be activated within the store before the customer can take them home.
AT&T is the exclusive seller of Apple iPhone 3G in the US market. It would sell for prices ranging between USD 199-499 depending upon the model and customer.
