Yahoo to offer more than 400 ad-supported games
Internet media giant Yahoo is entering the casual gaming market by providing free downloadable games.
They would generate revenues through advertising which would be integrated within the games.
The company plans to make available more than 400 games from popular publishers including Anarchy Big Fish Games and Sugar Games.
They are using technologies provided by Double Fusion and NeoEdge to include advertising in these titles.
Yahoo said that the advertising revenues would be shared with their partners in this project.
