Palm Treo 800w features EV-DO and GPS
Palm has launched a new Smartphone through Sprint mobile service provider in the US market.
This new model is Palm Treo 800w. It comes loaded with Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional mobile operating system.
It has support for EV-DO Rev. A, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, and GPS.
Palm claimed that this new device is their most business-friendly phone yet.
The Smartphone supports Microsoft Exchange Server through Direct Push Technology. The device is also compatible with Microsoft’s System Center Mobile Device Manager 2008.
Palm Treo 800w comes loaded with 170MB of user memory, a two-megapixel camera. User can extend the storage space by adding up to 8GB of external cards.
