Psystar finally sued by Apple
Apple has finally filed a lawsuit against Psystar which was offering computer systems running Mac OS X operating system.
This lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court in Northern California.
Apple is accusing Psystar of copyright infringement, induced copyright infringement, breach of contract and trademark infringement, among other things.
The Mac maker is demanding injunction, damages in addition to profits from the computer sold in the market.
They are also asking the courts to get the company to recall all the products which were sold in the market.
Psystar has been selling their Open Computers since April this year.
