Facebook targets StudiVZ with a copyright violation lawsuit

Social networking service Facebook has filed a copyright violation lawsuit against a German company StudiVZ.

StudiVZ is being targeted for being too similar to Facebook visually and functionally.

Facebook claims that the service has copied the look, feel, features and services of their own network.

It further said that StudiVZ is so similar to Facebook that it looks like they copied everything and changed the color theme from blue color to red.

Facebook incidentally has their own German edition of the network. StudiVZ claims that they have around 10 million users on their network.
