Psystar hires Carr & Ferrell for Apple case
Apple recently sued Psystar which was selling PCs loaded with their Mac OS X operating system.
Apple claimed that the company was causing copyright infringement by breaking the agreement shipped with the Mac OS X.
Psystar has however decided to fight it out as they have hired the services of Palo Alto-based Carr & Ferrell which is known for their won cases against both Apple and Microsoft.
Carr & Ferrell had won cases for Burst.com against both these two companies related to patent violation for streaming media.
The case could become a high profile one as if Psystar wins it, it could open doors for other PC manufacturers to make Apple clones and sell them in the market.
