Mitsubishi launches Japan’s first domestically produced commercial communications satellite
Japanese tech giant Mitsubishi has managed to launch the country’s first domestically produced commercial communications satellite.
This satellite was named Superbird-7 and it was sent to the space on a launcher made by European consortium Arianespace.
It was launched from the Guiana Space Center.
The satellite would now be managed by Space Communications Corp. They would be testing the satellite until September.
