Microsoft turns to Jerry Seinfeld to take on Apple

The Wall Street Journal has reported that Microsoft is planning to spend close to around USD 300 million on their new advertising campaign to take on Apple.

Apple has done well with their Windows vs. Mac advertising campaign which practically mocks the Windows platform and their users.

The company is said to have hired the services of comedian Jerry Seinfeld who could appear in the advertisements along with co-founder Bill Gates.

Few details are out as the company is yet to reveal much on this story.

It would be interesting to see how Microsoft comes out with their own ads taking on Apple. They are said to be working on slogans like “Windows, Not Walls”.
